JPMorgan Chase is looking for a User Experience Analyst that will focus on the product development cycle including leading end user POCs (Proof-of-Concepts) and Pilots in partnership with product owners. Ideal candidate excels at providing both highly analytical and highly creative ideas to a product and service engagement. Ultimately, this engagement will drive the evolution of existing products toward a more user-centric offering, which may also include consideration for and evaluation of new products for the firm. Ideal candidate will have to thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
