IT Quality Assurance (Automation) Leader
The Quality Assurance Leader works closely with the QA Practice Leader to implement and support best practice testing techniques for automated testing. The Quality Assurance Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily automation testing activities of the Quality Assurance Engineers. They are accountable for the quality of the product(s) that are being tested and for validation that the product is delivered with highest quality possible to the business partners.

Essential Activities:
Ensures all automation testing meets all requirements and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality and compatibility with other legacy and / or external systems.
Oversee QA engineers and share expertise.
Works closely with QA Practice Leader, QA Leaders, and QA Engineers within an agile team.
Assist with and oversee design, development, and execution of automated testing and delegate to QA members as needed.
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS / BFA) or equivalent preferred
4
years' experience with Selenium Web Driver and C#.
Experience with creating automated test cases for functional, performance and regression
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Strong experience leading a small team, prioritizing, organizing and communicating team tasks.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
