Chief Administrative Office (Consumer Banking)
The Consumer Banking function is comprised of: Branch Administration, Branch Systems Support, Branch Innovations, Branch Real Estate, ATM Services, Operations and Administration, KYC/AML, and First Line of Defense. The First Line of Defense (FLOD) works with each team to ensure strong operations and controls within the branch environment. Given the importance of these mandates, this team is highly visible and is seeking top performers who can engage quickly and deliver meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.
Position Description:
Seeking experienced business analyst to drive and oversee initiatives focused on strengthening the control environment through enhancements to branch systems and operations. The position is primarily responsible for analyzing business testing and monitoring reports, generating transparency on results, management of deliverables tied to Governance requests, and lead development of monthly Business Reviews. Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies supported, is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support to FLOD Project Managers and Leadership
Analyze reports to track performance for key branch functions and provide transparency to FLOD AUI Project Managers and Leadership
Work closely with multiple business functions including FLOD teams (e.g., Branch Controls Support, Branch Review, Monitoring) and other teams (e.g., HR, Risk, Compliance)
Establish priorities and work with limited direction to achieve desired results
BA/BS degree required (advanced degrees, other certification a plus)
Minimum of five (5) years experience inclusive of Retail Branch/Consumer Banking, project management and business analysis
Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving
Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with senior management and ability to create executive-level summaries
Superior Excel, PowerPoint and PitchPro skills
Minimal travel is expected for this role
