Job Description:
The Mortgage Banking Technology (MBT) Business Management team is focused on providing transparency of data through defined process, analytics and reporting as a business enabler to support the Technology Teams in delivering their Book of Work on time and on budget. The role of the Business Analyst is to provide support to the AMB Business Manager in the day to day running of the AMB Strategy & Planning Team in terms of Budget, Strategy, Reporting and Ad hoc Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the IT Business Analyst will work closely with the MBT Business Management Leads, IT managers and the Strategy & Planning Team to support site management, location strategy planning, real estate moves and new hire seat assignments for MBT.Additionally, will develop management reports and track actual clarity expenses vs. budget or outlook forecasts. Core activities associated with the position include, but not limited to the following:
Work with the CCB and Corporate Real Estate teams on site management and the execution of location optimization strategies.
Primary contact for all MBT managers on new hire seat assignments.
Support team with ad hoc report writing and analysis as required.

Education/Certifications/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area
1-3 years' experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Intermediate to advanced Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, vLookup, etc )
Intermediate PowerPoint skills
Ability to analyze and interpret resource financial tracking data
Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity
Ability to deal with several priorities simultaneously and maintain a flexible approach between detailed analysis and macro indicators
Present data in a meaningful and consumable way for Senior Management
Proven problem-solving and technical planning skills
Effective written communications skills / Good spelling and grammar skills
