Custodian Technician
Local Unit & Position Description
DNV GL's - Oil & Gas North America Group is seeking a Custodian Technician. This position will be located in our Dublin, Ohio office.
This is a full time position paying $12.00 hour and includes benefits (medical, dental, vision and 401K).
Tasks May Include
Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure
Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigerators, oven, microwave, dispensers, etc.
Assist with setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc.
Provide general maintenance and janitorial duties around hazardous materials and in hazardous labs.
Remove trash and recycling materials with established procedures.
Maintain supply inventory and receipt & transport of deliveries.
Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools if needed.
May be expected to work occasional weekend hours.
Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
What We're Seeking
Must have at least a High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must have at least 1 year of facilities maintenance experience
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of all aspects of commercial building maintenance including the work in chemically hazard environment
Must be able to complete work efficiently and effectively. Participate in special projects that will enable to showcase your expertise and creativity
Must be able to perform the physical abilities necessary to perform regular functions of the job (standing, lifting, climbing, other You must be able to physically complete tasks needed to maintain the optimal condition of the facility)
We perform pre-employment background check and drug screenings
