Position
Summary:
Hotel LeVeque is looking for creative lifestyle Guest Experience Stars. Experience working as a guest service associate with a lifestyle brand is preferred but more importantly we are looking for a passion to create unique experiences for our guests that are exactly like nothing else.
What your job entails:
You will conduct the guest service experience from greeting to departure and everything in between.
You will anticipate our guests needs and wants and be one step ahead of them creating a bold and authentic experience tailored to their individuality.
When a problem does arise you will take ownership and resolve the issue with grace and humility.
You will inspire guests to discover what makes Columbus and Hotel LeVeque exactly like nothing else.
You will model the highest possible example in conduct, temperament, attendance, punctuality, and standards of work.
You will work as in integral part of the hotel team, using all performance metric tools, to meet our customer service and revenue goals.
You will take on any additional tasks.
Minimum Requirements
You have two-three years of guest service experience. Preferably with a lifestyle brand.
You can give us examples of computer programs you have learned and mastered.
You can tell us about times you created exceptional guest experiences and creatively resolved guest issues.
You must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
You must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
You should have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
You are able to stand for hours at a time.
You understand this job requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
You have a high school degree or equivalent education.
