Royal Building Products is offering an opportunity to apply your experience and skills as a Digital Marketing Specialist in Columbus, Ohio. The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the digital initiatives and programs for Royal Building Products' website, design tool and any other digital assets. As the digital marketing specialist, you'll be working cross-functionally throughout the marketing department on a variety of projects for all Royal Building Products' digital assets and programs. This position requires a bit of technical expertise but also creativity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of strategic thinking skills and analytical assessment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
The essential duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Content management of all digital assets
Update and refresh content, photography, locator updates, PDFs, etc.
Ensure accurate and up to date content while maintaining consistent brand message
Works with third party vendors and internal staff to optimize all digital sites and assets for best user experience
Assist with testing, approvals for all digital enhancements and upgrades or changes
Mine assets for errors, trouble shoot and report any issues, changes
Assist with blog content and promotion
Lead Nurturing programs
Ensure all lead nurturing programs are built for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives
Optimize programs for marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through any/all digital channels while maintaining brand consistency and messaging
Track and report on drip campaigns
Monitor and analyze lead behavior
Manages all inbound web leads, tracking all activity and reporting results
Email campaigns
Create, monitor all email/e-blast campaigns
Update subscriber lists as needed
Works with marketing team to strategize and execute on digital initiatives and solutions, including PPC, inbound/content marketing, SEO, social media and advertising
Contributes to overall marketing budget including tracking, forecasting and budget management
Incorporate industry trends and leading edge ideas to ongoing recommendations and execution
Works with marketing team to translate goals and objectives into actionable and measureable digital marketing programs and strategies
Participate in working sessions to gather details on technical requirements and information architecture
Review design documents such as wireframes and interface designs, offer feedback, and help guide the project implementation process
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and
Qualifications:
3 years marketing experience with minimum 2 years in a digital marketing role
Digital marketing campaign experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing, proofreading and problem-solving
Must be highly motivated, self-starter with proven marketing and lead generation knowledge
Ability to work independently, but yet collaboratively
Maintains high level of knowledge around digital marketing best practices and innovations
Microsoft Office Suite
Content management systems (CMS)
CRM systems, a plus
Email marketing software
Adobe Creative Suite and/or HTML/CSS experience is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics, Pardot, and other marketing tools, a plus
EDUCATION: BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business
