Marketing Coordinator

Job Description Description: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Victoria's Secret Credit Card Marketing team in developing strategies that drive profitable business growth, build brand equity, and deepen customer loyalty. Specifically, the Coordinator will provide executional support for multiple assignments across key Victoria's Secret Credit Card programs and campaigns, including in-season and out of season campaigns, foundational credit program offerings, and program management. Responsibilities Include: Manage project plans and support execution of projects and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives in a timely manner and within established budgets Assist in the creation and kick-off of project plans and briefs for all marketing drivers in the appropriate forms inclusive of print, digital media, social, email, app and production/procurement Organized record keeping and communication of key decisions and deliverables to partners inclusive of print, digital media, social, email, app and production/procurement throughout project/campaign execution Maintain campaign calendar to ensure accurate program timing and details Assist with the management of internal and external vendors, ensuring partners are held accountable for aligned deliverables Interpret data and draw analytical conclusions to help inform broader business strategies Develop understanding of industry specific knowledge that applies to current innovative trends in retail marketing and customer loyalty Updating and maintaining status documents as requested, as well as supporting invoice submission and coding Manage and maintain program codes inclusive of code form submission, requesting, tracking and distributing to relevant partners Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and alignment (including Product Sourcing, Store operations, Public Relations, Visual, Creative, Digital etc.); includes setting up meetings, supporting development of the agenda, and circulating post-meeting deliverables Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to support the development of relevant and innovative program strategies Assist with post campaign hindsight and reporting of all marketing programs for final presentations to all areas of the business. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Must be highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability Past work experience in project coordination across multiple teams; ability to navigate an organization, build consensus, problem solve tactical issues Demonstrate ability to write clearly & concisely Self-starter with a passion for retail

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
