Job Description Marketing Coordinator Columbus, OH We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized marketing coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will conduct relevant market research, produce effective promotional materials, and analyze sales data in order to optimize the use of resources and ensure our company's overall success. You must be able to interpret customer behaviors, project trends, patterns, and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing strategies are a must. Marketing Coordinator Job Duties: Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media and content marketing Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice Create presentation slideshows for multiple product lines with consistent branding Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists Conduct research to analyze customers' behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences) Assist with the design and implementation of successful email marketing campaigns Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities Identify and analyze competitors Collaborate with the graphic design company to produce marketing and promotional materials Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts Job Requirements Marketing Coordinator Skills: Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field 2+ years minimum work experience in similar job function Impeccable written and oral communication skills Excellent computer skills including MS Office, web analytics, and Google Adwords Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus High level of comfort with social media management Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, switch directions quickly and meet deadlines Self-managed with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Demonstrates a passion for service Represents the organization in a manner consistent with our company culture and values

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
