Job Description BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Market & Payment Specialist- Energy Services Agler Road near Easton, Gahanna, Ohio $16.50 per hour + monthly bonuses Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm and every 3 rd Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm Temp to hire! As a Market & Payment Specialist, you are the brand champion to our internal and external customers. This is accomplished by educating on our products, building customer connections, and providing exceptional customer experience with each interaction while assisting customers with payment and billing needs. What the position offers: Spirit for community outreach - volunteerism Excellent compensation package: benefits/401K/PTO Room for growth/promotion Warm, family-friendly, team-oriented environment Culture fosters growth, development, and welcomes forward thinking feedback/ideas No Meeting Wednesdays Caf onsite featuring rotating area vendors What you will be doing: Approach customer interactions with a solutions-oriented mindset while demonstrating active listening and empathy Assist customers with collecting payments for services, answering billing inquiries and provide support for service reconnection and disconnection Demonstrates full understanding of current programs and processes; communicate clearly to customers in order to assist them in making an informed decision Navigate systems, procedures, and other resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries Provide follow up as needed on customer inquiries to ensure resolution satisfies our customers and meets all internal expectations Collaborate with immediate and extended teams through knowledge sharing and relationship building to provide an optimal customer resolution Other responsibilities and duties as assigned Who we are looking for: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years' experience in a customer facing environment preferred Bilingual in Spanish required Excellent customer service and conversational skills Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity Possess a high level of attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a weekly set schedule Genuine desire to grow and learn, receptive to feedback as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment Ability to empathize with customers and deescalate sensitive billing and service-related issues Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer #zr

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
