 Essential Duties

The Day-to-Day:

?         Engage in both individual and group counseling sessions with clients to provide mental health counseling/alcohol and other drug counseling services

?         Conduct clinical MH/AoD assessments to identify client needs, diagnose, and identify the appropriate treatment intervention(s) to help clients meet their goals.

?         Ensure clinical decisions are made in the best interest of the client.

?         Make referrals to community resources as needed.

?         Comply with HIPAA, follow licensure ethics of respective governing bodies, and maintain required licensure continuing education units (CEU's).



?         At least 1-year of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) in the State of Ohio.

Preferred Qualification(s):

?         Experience in development, coordination, administration of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for alcohol and other drug adult clients.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
