Essential Functions:

Responsible for developing a comprehensive clinical formulation based on completion and/or review of chemical dependency, mental health, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments and client's current functioning. Develops, assigns, and monitors individualized treatment and continuing care plans. Responsible for providing chemical dependency and mental health counseling, including but not limited to individual, family, and group counseling with LGBTQ+ specialty. Person must provide timely and accurate clinical documentation, follow agency procedures, and must complete day-to-day service documentation as required by funders, accreditation bodies, and Maryhaven Policy.  Must attend a minimum of two (2) Cultural Diversity trainings per year.



Master's Degree in human service or behavioral science with one (1) year counseling experience with LGBTQ+ clinical experience preferred. 


Licenses, Credentials, Certifications:

One of the following required; LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
