Job Description

We run an office that takes pride in long term patient relationships and we would like to find a Medical Assistant that takes pride in their work and relationships to compliment our office well. We are looking for a dependable, long term person with a great personality. We have a wonderful group of nurses to join!

Job Responsibilities:

- Intake of medical history in an e-system, assisting during medical examinations and procedures.

- Prior experience with, prior authorizations, biologics, Accutane, Mohs surgery, or in Dermatology is highly desired but definitely not required.

- We offer our patients two locations and nurses generally travel with the providers.

- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures, proficiency in patient management software (EMR) and assisting with patient exams for providers.

- Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as be a Strong Team Player.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
