Our LPN's are special because they direct nursing care to residents, prepare and administer medications, perform routine charting and documentation duties, and perform other duties necessary to ensure that our residents' total regimens of care are maintained.

Danbury LPN's need to be licensed by the state of Ohio. We would prefer our candidates have senior living experience, but it is not required. At Danbury, we want our LPN's to stand out, be professional and be proud of the difference that they are making in the lives of our residents.

Now for what you really want to know, what are some of the perks of being a part of the Danbury Team? We are glad you asked.

Our employees can earn bonuses just for coming to work! You heard that right- our attendance bonus offers an extra $100 for full time employees and $50 for part time employees EVERY PAY! So, for a full time employee that is an extra $2,600 a year or $1,300 for part time employees just for showing up to your awesome job and doing it WELL!

We understand that waiting to get paid every two weeks is not always ideal, that is why we implemented Daily Pay. Daily Pay is an amazing option for our employees that allows them to transfer money out of their checks EARLIER than the scheduled pay date. Need to get a new car tire but don't have the funds on you right now? That's ok- Daily Pay has you covered!

Guess what? If you are full time with Danbury you get to experience some amazing benefits! Things like company paid short and long term disability, Life and AD&D as well as Medical, Dental, Vision, Additional Voluntary Life, and Additional Voluntary AD&D. Danbury provides company match on 401(k), vacation after 30 days of employment, paid holidays AND tuition reimbursement!
