CAS is currently seeking a Sales Support Analyst. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Position
Summary:

In this position you will be responsible for compiling data and providing analysis of non-standard pricing, forecasting, financial, information systems or marketing support for the completion of tasks as required by the functional group or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in business, sales, finance desired
  • Attention to detail with a proactive focus on accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Strong skills in planning, attention to detail and ability to be responsive to urgent and changing priorities and projects
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (specifically Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with peers, managers, and non-exempt staff across all divisions
  • Ability to work on a team, or independently
  • Experience with reviewing/editing legal contracts and documents desired.
  • Basic skills in business systems (i.e. Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, SAP)

Responsibilities

  • Compiles and analyzes complex data to draw conclusions and recommend pricing solutions to support customer needs, including:
    • Development and evaluation of pricing proposals, including presentations to all levels of management.
    • Proposal of on-demand variations to standard programs or prices with fulfillment based upon customer or precedent setting criteria.
    • Routinely perform quality assurance and resolve customer issues
  • Sales/revenue and customer usage forecasting, and periodic financial/pricing/marketing analysis of information.
  • Support of product and program evaluation, including evaluation of policies and processes for new initiatives
  • Responsible for documenting and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

The position requires the ability to carry out assignments and projects with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
