Lead Business System Analyst Job

The Lead Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Technology formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and Retail industry requirements.
With this knowledge, develops or modifies complex solution; including analysis of business and user needs, defining and describing functionality and capabilities, and creating document requirements across the supply chain portfolio of applications and processes.
The candidate in this position is familiar with supply chain technology and is able to provide recommendations of business process and product improvements in line with the business vision.
The candidate must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams while driving project deliverables.
This position will leads facilitated requirement sessions, create process and design documentation, and reference materials for support of end to end functional flows and solutions.

Manager, Application Validation & Delivery

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate requirement sessions with Business, IT, and external resources
  • Prepares requirements definition including user procedures, flowcharts and preliminary reports
  • Provides the functional and technical specifications
  • Serves as a functional expert on projects and can lead large, complex projects within IT or business
  • Provides recommendations to management on behalf of the team
  • Align work with cross functional IT and business analyst
  • Lead Business System Analyst in the supply chain space including providing direction and delegating tasks
  • Influences and is engaged in tactical and strategic direction of the Supply Chain area

Required Skills and Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications


Experience:

  • 5
    years experience with Supply Chain Technologies (Merchandising, Planning, Allocation & Distribution)
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple teams across IT and the business
  • Functional application of supply chain processes
  • Retail experience

Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
