Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & IT Finance

General Summary

The Sr Manager, Supply Chain & IT Finance is responsible for developing and leading the DBI/DSW Supply Chain and IT financial oversight.
This individual will be required to challenge and develop staff through stretch goals and objectives, projects, initiatives, and interaction with key stakeholders.
Supports other responsibilities assigned as needed for Supply Chain & IT.

Sr Director, Corporate FP&A

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Develop a Supply Chain & IT financial planning process and team to support the annual budget, weekly projection, and modeling of the long-range plan.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • DSW Retail Distribution & Fulfillment Center Operating Expense and Capital Expense Projection, Budget/LRP, and analytics
  • DSW Retail Imports & Transportation Operating Expense and Capital Expense Projection, Budget/LRP, and analytics
  • Corporate IT Shared Services Operating Expense and Capital Expense Projection and Budget

Support Supply Chain & IT business projects through partnership with business leaders to identify capital and expense portions of each project and incorporate into Business Cases

Required to present management recommendations based on analytical data to key stakeholders throughout the business

Ability to execute change management within the function, across the business, and with external partners focusing on enhancements, process efficiencies and the appropriate alignment of roles and responsibilities across the enterprise.

Able to analyze business trends and KPIs to improve operational efficiencies

Ability to work under moderate supervision to determine and develop approaches and solutions to complex problems

Detail-oriented

Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel


Experience:

Minimum of 10 years work experience in a fast-paced environment (retail experience preferred)

Preferred
Qualifications:

MBA is valued but not required

Knowledge of finance/GL packages; Lawson, Hyperion or similar is valued but not required

Education:

Undergraduate (B.

A.
) degree in Finance or Accounting is required

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
