Summary:
The Sr.
Digital Analyst will strategize and develop reporting, analysis, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive sales and profitability of our eCommerce channels.
He or she will also serve as the lead analyst for DSW's Optimization program.
This position will collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Operations and IT teams, to deliver the analytics needs and insights to optimize the customer experience and deliver continued growth.

Manager, Digital Analytics Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Conceptualize and execute deep-dive analysis focused on optimizing customer experience as well as eCommerce revenue growth and profitabilityo Deliver clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations to leadership teams and crossfunctional stakeholderso Develop, enhance and maintain reports and dashboards that inform leadership of DSW's eCommerce channel performanceo Lead the measurement strategy of site initiatives and the scoping of enhancements to analytics trackingo Ownership of data integrity for digital analytics implementation through QA and Data validation Required Skills and Competencies:
o Strong data and analytical skills, including data retrieval, organization, analysis, presentation and summaryo High degree of analytical curiosity that leads to actionable insighto Proficient in MS Excel (graphing, pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas, etc.
)o Ability to thrive in high paced cross functional environment with changing business needso Experience with digital analytics and optimization tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target preferred)o Detail oriented with strong organizational skills as well as high degree of initiative and personal responsibilitieso Strong verbal and written communication skillso Superior process management skills with proven ability to identify and proactively solve problemso Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; strong time management skillso Ability to identify and proactively solve problems o Ability to work independentlMinimum Qualifications
Experience:
o 2-4 years of analytics experience, 1
years ecommerce experience preferre Preferred
Qualifications:
o Knowledge of tag management systems (Tealium or Adobe Launch) and concept of data layer o Applied experience in data storytelling and influencing actions with data Education:
o Undergraduate Degree in Business or Engineering.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
