Generous Referral and Retention Bonuses offered! Earn $500 Retention bonus after 6 months! Multiple shifts available! Goodwill Columbus is looking to hire caregivers to work with clients throughout Columbus and the surrounding areas.
Duties would include:
Ensure the health and safety of participants by monitoring activities, supervising appropriate diet and medication, and intervening in crisis situations.
Provide personal care for each individual.
Assist with feeding, clothing, toileting, and other hygiene needs.
Assist in providing self-care training in areas such as cooking, housekeeping, or hygienic practices.
Utilize ISPs to provide designated services at the required frequencies.
Document services provided on each shift and write incident reports for any unusual activity.
Administer medications as ordered and document the delivery of each.
Follow state medication guidelines and Goodwill medication administration guidelines.
Transport individuals in personal vehicle on scheduled outings and activities in order to promote community inclusion.
