As an Intermediate Level Construction Manager, you'll have the chance to work on the City of Wapakoneta's Water Treatment Plant Upgrades construction project based in the City of Wapakoneta.
This exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure project will utilize your years of construction focused experienced to provide safe and efficient delivery.
Construction is anticipated to begin the 2nd quarter of 2021 and continue into 2023.
You'll work with Jacobs Construction Managers, Project Managers, Inspectors, and Engineers in addition to the Project Client and Contractors to deliver these projects.

You will work directly with the Jacobs Construction Manager and the Owner to lead a small team of inspectors, work with Jacobs Engineers and project Contractors to deliver a successful project.

o A high school diploma and bachelor's degree or technical degree in related field.
Years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of post high school requirements.
o At least 5 years' experience of technical inspection work in a construction environment, specifically construction specifications, drawings, and documentation o Experience in municipal construction or related field o Experience with inspecting, constructing or designing for multiple trades o The physical ability to move around an active construction site o Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver results o The ability to develop interpersonal relationship building, resolve conflicts, and participate in diverse teams o Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem-solving skills o The ability to adapt and learn on the jobIdeally You'll Also Have:
o The educational background to obtain a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and/or Professional Engineering (PE) license(s) after years' of experience are achievedSalary:
