We also look for a rent to income ratio of 3.5x. Pets are welcomed with a $300 dollar non-refundable addition to the security deposit, and an additional $30/month.

interest in the property the fraudster will ask you to wire money for a deposit, verify funds, or other
legitimate sounding reasons.
